Who designs Mendable products?
Every Mendable product is co-designed with clinicians — orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists and massage therapists — with 20+ years of clinical experience treating the conditions each device targets.
How fast will I see results?
Most customers describe noticeable relief — looser muscles, less sharpness — after the very first session. Underlying tissue change (sleeping better, moving better long-term) typically takes 2-6 weeks of consistent daily use. That's why every order is protected by a money-back guarantee — the length depends on the product and is shown on each product page.
Where do you ship to?
We ship NZ-wide, free on every order. Orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days, tracked the whole way.
How do I return a product?
Email info@mendable.co.nz with your order number. If a unit is faulty we'll arrange the return and cover the cost. Approved refunds are normally issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Take a photo and a short video, email info@mendable.co.nz with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. Every Mendable product also comes with our manufacturer warranty against defects.
How do I charge my Mendable device?
Most Mendable devices charge via the braided USB-C cable included in the box. A full 3-hour charge typically gives 7-10 sessions — most customers charge once a week.
Can I use multiple Mendable products together?
Yes — most customers do. The products target different areas (neck, shoulder and knee) and don't overlap. If you're combining therapies in the same session, leave at least 10-15 minutes between treatments so your tissue rests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
